Product Details

1. There are four shock-absorbing blocks between the engine base plate and the engine, and they are made of 5mm thick steel plates.

2. TRADE PEAK QTP1200 is equipped with an independent 12w80w high-power hydraulic oil radiator and a 20L enlarged hydraulic oil tank, which prolongs the time for the hydraulic oil temperature to rise, ensuring that the machine can still move powerfully when working for a long time. It also protects all the hydraulic components of the entire machine and prolongs their service life.

3. The thickness of the bracket connecting the chassis and the lower load-bearing base of the cargo box is 12mm.
4. The drive wheel is made of high-hardenability manganese alloy cast steel material, and the entire tooth surface is quenched to make the surface hardened layer uniform and the grains refined, thus providing good wear resistance and strength. The teeth on the upper side are not easy to break.
5. Adopt deep-tooth engineering rubber tracks. The rubber origin is Thailand, which has the best rubber quality. The deep-tooth design allows our machine to work safely and stably on muddy or slippery ground.
 

6. The track tensioning shaft of the 45# cylinder lathe part is used to make the machine last longer.
7. The guide wheel is made of high-strength material. After quenching and tempering, it has high hardness and wear resistance, ensuring that the guide wheel can work stably for a long time in harsh environments.
8. The operating pedal is cut from a piece of cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is equipped with an anti-slip design.
